Samet Teke · app publisher & private buyer
I buy and grow iOS apps.
I’m Samet, an app publisher and private buyer. I buy promising iOS apps directly from founders and keep growing them.
Thinking about selling your app? Send me the App Store link, rough revenue, and downloads. I’ll review it personally and, if it’s a fit, make a direct private offer — no broker, no marketplace, no public listing, and no boring back-and-forth.
I usually reply within 12 hours. Fast, private, straight to the point.
Why sell privately
You may have built something valuable, but you don’t have to run it forever.
Sometimes the right move is to sell the app, take chips off the table, and move on to the next thing.
Builder
I build apps myself
I’ve spent 6 years building apps and still run a multiple 7-figure iOS app portfolio. I know the messy parts behind the numbers.
Exits
I’ve sold apps before
I’ve done 6-figure app exits, so I care about clean data, fair terms, smooth transfers, and not wasting your time.
Direct
Private buyer
I’m not a broker or marketplace. I buy apps directly, review them myself, and care about clean, private, practical deals.
What I'm looking for
I'm mostly interested in iOS apps with:
- Real usage, steady downloads, or proven paid acquisition
- A clean App Store history with real reviews and no artificial ratings
- Simple, useful categories like utilities, productivity, business, and everyday tools
- Strong fundamentals and room to grow in the right hands
Acquisition range: $10K–$1M. Smaller apps are welcome if the usage is real and the store history is clean.
A typical private path
Day 1

If it fits, I send a clear direct offer.
Day 20
Handover
Agreement, payment, app transfer, and practical handover.
Questions founders ask
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If you want one signed before sharing sensitive numbers, that’s no problem.
What size apps do you consider?
I look at apps from around $10K to $1M, from smaller founder-led apps to larger 6-figure acquisitions. What matters most is fit, quality, and growth potential.
What should I send first?
The App Store link, rough monthly revenue, rough monthly downloads, and anything important about the app. We can go deeper once I’ve taken a first look.
How do you value apps?
It depends on the app, but I can generally pay around 6–36x last month’s profit. Strong usage, clean history, steady revenue, and growth potential can support a higher multiple.
How does payment work?
For most deals, we can use a reputable escrow service, so funds are secured before the app transfer. We agree the exact structure before anything moves.
How fast do you reply?
I read every message myself and usually reply within 12 hours.
Show me the app
you might sell.
I’ve sold apps myself, so I know how frustrating long buyer processes can feel. I keep it simple: private first look, clear offer if it fits, and secure escrow when we move forward.
