What to send

No pitch deck, no data room. For a first look, this is enough:

  • The App Store or Google Play link.
  • Rough monthly proceeds and costs (average of the last 3 months).
  • How long the app has been live, and anything I should know (why you’re selling, what takes your time).

Best fit: iOS apps live for 6+ months with steady revenue, in deals from $10K to $1M+. I’m open to Android apps when the fit is right; no games, SaaS, or web-only products.

What happens after you write

About 14 days from first message to a closed deal, everything included:

  1. Day 1: I reply, usually within a few hours.
  2. Days 2–4: I look at the numbers and send a written offer (NDA first if you want one).
  3. Days 5–9: due diligence and a short purchase agreement.
  4. Days 10–14: payment secured in escrow, the official App Store transfer, code and assets handed over, and the money released to you.

Before you write

Do I need to share revenue numbers in my first message?

Only one rough number: your average monthly proceeds over the last 3 months, after Apple’s or Google’s cut. Costs and details are optional and help me give you a faster, more useful first answer; you can share the rest later, after an NDA if you want one.

Will you sign an NDA before I share details?

Yes, on request. Your app, numbers, screenshots, and store data stay private either way; I don’t share them with anyone without your permission.

Is there a fee for contacting you or for selling to me?

No. I’m a private buyer, not a broker or marketplace, so the seller pays no listing fee or commission.

How fast do you reply?

I read every message myself and usually reply within a few hours. If you don’t see my email, check your spam folder.

Can I write about an Android app?

Yes. I mainly buy iOS apps, and I’m open to Android apps when the fit is right. I don’t buy games, SaaS, or web-only products.
