Hi, I’m Samet. I buy and grow iOS apps.
Samet Teke is an independent app publisher and private buyer who buys iOS apps directly from their founders, in deals from $10K to $1M+, and is open to Android apps when the fit is right. I build apps, grow them, and buy good ones from the people who made them.

Apps I run
My portfolio is mostly the kind of apps I like to buy: simple, useful utilities and productivity tools that people open every day. Some I built myself; others I bought from the indie developers who made them (see the apps I’ve bought).
What apps do I buy?
- iOS apps first. I’m open to Android apps when the fit is right.
- Live for at least 6 months with steady revenue: subscriptions, one-time purchases, or ads.
- Utilities, productivity, business, and everyday tools with a clean store history.
- Not a fit: games, SaaS, web-only products, and brand-new or pre-revenue apps.

Why I buy apps
Most good apps are built by one person or a tiny team. At some point the founder wants to move on: a new idea, a new job, less time, or simply the wish to turn years of work into cash. Selling usually means a public marketplace listing or a broker, weeks of questions from people who never buy, and fees on top.
I wanted a simpler option for those founders: one buyer who actually builds apps, looks at the app personally, makes a clear offer, and closes quickly through escrow and Apple’s official app transfer.
How I work
- I read every message myself and usually reply within a few hours.
- Private by default. I sign an NDA on request and never share your app, numbers, or screenshots without permission.
- No fees for sellers. I’m the buyer, not a broker or a marketplace.
- Clear pricing logic. I usually pay around 6–36x monthly profit (average of the last 3 months), and I’ll explain what moves the number. - Safe closing. Payment through a reputable escrow service, then the App Store transfer and a practical handover.
What happens to your app after the sale
I buy apps to keep them alive and growing by improving the product, the App Store listing, and the monetization. Your users keep their app, and the ratings and reviews you earned move with it.
